Imagine a place that knows no tomorrow. A place where you don't have to think about your future. A place where no one expects anything from you, but where you shouldn't expect too much either. A place where you forget to make plans, to design projects or to make predictions. A place of relief, with no prospect of cure. This place is the No Future Club. The No Future Club is a temporary sculpture in the garden of the Ringlokschuppen. Sitting behind a pink curtain, performer and project maker Jascha Sommer spends a week in the self-imposed now. He lives on the upper floor of the sculpture, chants mantras, sits cross-legged and makes tea. He is without reception and yet looks forward to your visit.
